This Cookie Policy explains how Nekki FZ LLC ("Lemi," "we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website lemi.life, and what choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you have consented to analytics — and help us understand how our site is used.
2. What Cookies We Use
We use a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising or third-party marketing cookies.

Cookie categories explained
- Functional (always active). Strictly necessary to remember your consent choice. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics (requires consent). Help us understand how visitors use lemi.life — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where users drop off. We use this data solely to improve the website. These cookies are only set after you give consent.
3. PostHog and Personal Data
PostHog is our analytics provider. When you visit lemi.life, PostHog may collect your IP address and browser metadata as part of session tracking.
If you submit your email address via our waitlist form, PostHog's identify() function
may associate your subsequent website activity with that email address. This constitutes processing
of personally identifiable information (PII).
What this means for you:
- Your email is used only to connect your waitlist signup with your site session for internal product analytics.
- We do not share this data with advertisers or other third parties.
- PostHog processes data on servers in the EU (
eu.i.posthog.com) and US. EU-region processing is used by default for EEA visitors. - You can request deletion of this data at any time by emailing privacy@lemi.life.
- PostHog's privacy policy is available at posthog.com/privacy.
4. Your Choices and Consent
For EEA, UK, and other users with GDPR rights: A cookie consent banner is shown on your first visit to lemi.life. Analytics cookies are not set until you click "Accept." You may change your preference at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the website footer.
For all users:
- Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in their settings. Note that blocking functional cookies may affect your consent preference being saved.
- PostHog opt-out. You can opt out of PostHog tracking directly at posthog.com/opt-out.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Our website and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted data via lemi.life, contact privacy@lemi.life and we will delete it promptly.
